FAQ
Common questions (FAQ)
🚚 How long does the delivery take?
Our delivery time for personalized products is usually 2-4 weeks, since all products are individually manufactured for you. Other products are sent within 3-7 working days.
✍️ Where can I find the address for sending my muzzle?
If you want to send an existing muzzle, you will find the address in the product description of the Muzzle coating.
📏 I don't find my dog's breed with the muzzles. What now?
The breed designations in our muzzle models only serve as a rough orientation. The dimensions of your dog are always decisive!
For an optimal fit, we absolutely recommend a fitting in front of individual designs - so we can see which adjustments are necessary so that the basket sits perfectly.
🎨 Do you also make multi -colored chains or muzzles?
No - we only produce single -color chains and muzzles. For this we offer a selection of standard and metallic colors that look stylish.
🔒 Can I get a fire brigade carabiner instead of the safety closure?
No - we only use our own security closure because both security and optics are particularly important to us.
- Is particularly reliable due to the screw cap
- fits into the structure of the structure unobtrusively
- is only used by us because we had the design pattern protected
A fire brigade carabiner does not meet our security standards or our claim to a harmonious design.
🐶 Why wire muzzle? Wouldn't rubber or plastic be easier?
We consciously rely on wire muzzle, because they are:
- Adaptable to any head shape
- bite -proof and durable
- enable panting, yawning and drinking
- offer the best air circulation
⛓ Why should my dog wear a chain collar?
A chain collar offers many advantages:
- Allergy -friendly
- Light and robust
- No heat or moisturizer
- No color
- Fell -gentle, especially with long -brown chains
- Exam compliance (depending on the execution)
💦 Color your chains?
No. Our chains are powder -coated, which means that no color merges to the fur or skin of your dog.
👃 Why should you replace the nasal cushion (belt)?
The original cushions are often too big, are uncomfortable on the sensitive sponge or protrude in the eye.
Our classic nasal cushions:
- are 35 mm wide (for large models)
- consist of biothane with foam padding
- Are hygienic
- can also be adjusted in length to make the basket more precisely
What does a larynx bring - and when do I need a head strap?
Leaning belt:
Provides stability and a safe hold on the head. Correctly set, it acts in combination with the neck strap like a kind of collar - the basket can then no longer be pulled forward over his head.
Of course, the dog should never wear the muzzle unattended.
Herring straps:
Is mainly used in brachyzephalia races (e.g. pug, bulldog) so that the basket does not slip forward.
He has no function with long -native breeds.
🐾 Is there anything so that my dog doesn't get the muzzle?
Yes - there are several sensible options for this:
- The larynx is an ideal basic equipment. Correctly set, it ensures firm hold and prevents the muzzle from being stripped forward.
- It is also important that the basket is optimally bent and adjusted - it is better and gets additional stability.
- For maximum security, a so -called Safety link be used. This is a connection between the neck strap and collar that fixes the muzzle again on the collar - perfect for real outbreak artists.
